
The GEN AWARD was created with the aim of recognizing companies and professionals who stand out for their excellence, innovation, and global impact.
The mission is to recognize and promote models of leadership, vision, and responsibility capable of generating economic, social, and cultural value through solid and forward-looking international projects.The Award is based on four core values that guide every aspect of the project:
Global Connection: Promoting dialogue and collaboration between international entities, creating synergies beyond geographical and cultural borders.
Integrity: ensuring transparency, fairness, and respect at every stage of the selection and award process.
Pioneering vision: to enhance innovation as a driver of progress, encouraging ideas capable of anticipating the future.
Impact: supporting projects that produce concrete and measurable results, capable of generating positive and lasting change for people, communities, and the environment.
In this sense, the Award represents not only a recognition of merit, but also a manifesto of values and intentions, aimed at inspiring a more conscious, sustainable, and globally connected economy.

The institutional, technical, and media partners involved will be communicated exclusively through the official channels of the Award , once formalized.
SMEs: companies that have developed or accelerated internationalization processes
Large Companies: structured entities that represent Italian excellence in the world
Eligible candidates are:
companies and professionals with activities, projects or results with international impact;
companies that have initiated or consolidated internationalization processes (exports, partnerships, opening foreign offices, innovative projects);
companies that have achieved significant results in the last 24 months.
The following are excluded:
startups not operating on foreign markets;
subjects lacking coherence with the values of the Award;
members of the organizing committee, the Jury and their direct family members.
Applications must be submitted exclusively through the Award's official landing page, by completing the online form by the deadline.
Each application must include:
A. Project description (max 2,000 characters)
goals and motivations;
results obtained;
international impact.
B. Candidate data
name and surname or company name;
role/qualification;
site;
participation category.
C. Strictly recommended material
PDF document (max 5 pages);
supporting images or presentations;
links to videos and digital content;
articles, certifications, awards;
relevant export data, certifications, and/or metrics.
D. Mandatory declarations
truthfulness of the data;
consistency of the project with the values of the Award;
authorization to process data (GDPR);
acceptance of the Regulations.
Upon completion, the candidate will receive a confirmation email with their identification number.
The candidate guarantees that:
all materials provided are original and do not violate the rights of third parties;
the contents are not defamatory, offensive or contrary to the law;
The declared results are true and documentable.
License to use
The participant grants Gen360 a non-exclusive, free and unlimited territorial license to use the materials submitted for institutional or communication purposes of the Award (website, social media, press kit, events).
Gen360 is committed to always citing the author or source.Participants also agree that the material provided will not be returned and may be archived by Gen360 for documentary or transparency purposes, in compliance with current regulations regarding privacy and personal data protection (EU Regulation 679/2016 – GDPR).
Permission to use the image
Participants, and in particular finalists and winners, authorize Gen360 to use their image, voice and name in photographs, video footage, interviews and other content created during or in relation to the Prize.
The authorization includes the publication and dissemination of the material on the Award's website, social media, press releases, presentations, and other institutional channels.This authorization is granted free of charge, without territorial limits and without the possibility of requesting compensation or damages.
Gen360 undertakes to use such content exclusively for institutional and promotional purposes related to the Award.The GEN Award Jury will evaluate the applications based on qualitative and quantitative criteria defined by the organization in agreement with the Jury members.
The criteria will take into account, in a balanced manner, elements such as:
value and international impact of the project;
proposed innovation;
executive strength;
relevance to the economic and social context.
The complete and updated version of the criteria will be made available on the Award's official channels before the start of the evaluation phase.
The Jury's decisions are final and unquestionable.
The Gen Award Jury is composed of prominent Italian and international experts, entrepreneurs, institutional representatives, and academics, selected based on their expertise, reputation, and professional integrity.
The composition of the Jury is defined by Gen360 with the aim of ensuring diversity of perspectives, gender balance and geographical representation.The evaluation process is divided into several phases, aimed at ensuring transparency, impartiality and consistency with the principles of the Award:
Internal pre-selection
The Gen360 organizing team conducts an initial formal review of the applications to ensure their eligibility, completeness of the materials, and compliance with the call for proposals requirements.Individual assessment
Each juror receives the complete dossiers of the pre-selected applications and assigns an independent score to each project, based on the evaluation criteria established in the regulations.Collegial meeting
The Jury meets to discuss the results, compare individual assessments, and make collective decisions.
During the meeting, applications with divergent scores or those of particular interest are examined in order to reach a shared and reasoned opinion.Shortlist and winners
At the end of the session, the Jury defines the shortlist of finalists for each category and proceeds to select the official winners, based on the weighted average of the scores and the final comparison.
The results are recorded and signed by the President of the Jury and the Gen360 representative, who guarantee their validity and transparency.
For each category of the GEN Award, Gen360 will award one or more prizes aimed at valorising the projects, companies and professionals who have distinguished themselves in their internationalisation process.
Associated rewards and benefits may include, but are not limited to:
Trophies or commemorative plaques , created to symbolically represent the result achieved.
Opportunities for institutional visibility , through publications, interviews, press releases and content distributed on the official channels of the Award and its partners.
Mentorship or advisory activities , offered by Gen360 or selected partners, aimed at supporting the international development of the company or professional.
Access to programs, services, or preferential terms made available by the Award's technical or institutional partners.
Donations or symbolic contributions , destined for institutions, associations or initiatives consistent with the values of the Award and chosen in agreement with the winner of the relevant category.
Vouchers or consulting credits , usable for international development activities at Gen360 or partner entities.
The nature and composition of the prizes may vary depending on the category and will be communicated on the official Award channels before the award ceremony.
Prizes are not convertible into cash, unless otherwise indicated by Gen360, and do not entitle you to any further financial claims beyond what is officially communicated.

Gen360 may at any time exclude applications that present:
non-compliance with requirements;
incomplete or late documentation;
false or unverifiable information;
violations of third party rights;
behaviors contrary to the ethical values of the Award;
attempts to improperly influence the Jury.
In such cases the candidate is not entitled to any recognition or compensation.
By submitting an application for the GEN360 International Award, the participant fully, unconditionally, and irrevocably accepts all the provisions of this Regulation, without reservation.
The candidate declares:
having read the Regulations in full and accepting each point;
recognize the unquestionable and final nature of the decisions taken by the Jury and the Gen360 organization;
commit to maintaining behavior consistent with the ethical principles and founding values of the Award, including integrity, transparency, inclusiveness and mutual respect;
guarantee the truthfulness of the information provided and the authenticity of the materials transmitted;
authorize Gen360 to use the personal data and content submitted exclusively for institutional and promotional purposes related to the Award, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR and Italian privacy legislation.
Participation in the Award also implies acceptance of the fact that the organization may make non-substantial changes to these Regulations, if necessary for organizational, technical, or logistical reasons, undertaking to communicate such changes promptly through the official channels of the Award.
By applying, the participant confirms that he/she has understood and approved that:
the decisions of the Jury are final and not subject to appeal;
Participation does not entitle you to any compensation, reimbursement or financial benefit except as explicitly indicated in the “Prizes and Recognitions” section.
Applications submitted via the official online form constitute, to all intents and purposes, formal acceptance of the Rules and a binding commitment to the Award organization.

The GEN360 International Award represents a concrete commitment to a future where excellence is measured not only by results, but by the ability to generate positive impact, create global connections, and promote a responsible vision of progress.
